The IMPRESSIVE SALES is today our largest business area. We generally work with holistic assignments, where we together with the customers develop unique sales processes in order to efficiently achieve the mission's objectives and purpose.
We work with and undertake both long och short term assignments, where IMPRESSIVE manages the entire process from the first meeting to the completed sales. We enable for you as a customer to focus on your product or services.

Cheif Operations Officer
Filip is the top responsible for our sales organization and is an expert on the steps all the way from the starting point to the operation of large sales teams.
He has worked with sales for more than 10 years and knows what is needed to succeed. Filip's main driving force is to make people grow within the organization.
Jannike loves to be in the center of events and likes to have many tasks in the air. At the same time, she is very caring and love to make people laugh.
Theses areas fits very well in her role as project manager. She started her career as a sales representative with us in the fall of 2015 and has since then taken step by step in the organization
Hedda is one of our newest colleagues at the office. In the role as Staffing Coordinator, Hedda is our face outwards and responsible for all recruitment.
Hedda's stubbornness and the desire to always improve in her role is one of her best qualities.
Hedda's great interest is music and she can play a large amount of instruments. Electric bas is her favorite.
Adrian has many years of experience in sales both in Sweden and internationally. Along the way he has become increasingly interested in leadership and in developing both salespeople and team leaders.
It is in that role that Adrian is found at Impressive. A role that suits him perfectly. In the assignment, Adrian is responsible for a project where we combine several different partners to create increased sales.
In the summer of 2008, Jimmy started his sales career. After a tough introduction in the industry Jimmy quickly realized that this was something that suited him perfectly.
Since then, he has won basically all the prizes that can be won but doesn't let it stop him. He constantly raises his own expectation of what is possible and shows his colleagues how to set new low levels.
Pontus is an experienced and colorful person who during his career with us has taken several steps in his career. Today, Pontus is an invaluable resource that works close to our salespeople and their development
Pontus is from Malmö, Sweden and in his spare time it is football closest to him.
